Miracle Experience Tanzania is currently hiring for Food and Beverage Manager to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
As selected candidate you will oversee daily operations in food and beverage department while ensuring guests enjoy memorable experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing food and beverage outlets to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Leading, training and motivating food and beverage team.
- Controlling costs and monitoring of inventory
- Creating and implementing menu ideas and promotional strategies.
- Ensuring you comply with health and safety regulations.
- Tracking financial performance and driving revenue growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years of working experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Proven background in food and beverage management.
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
