Vodacom Tanzania is currently hiring for M-Pesa Lead- Central to join their working team in Dodoma, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and growing the M-Pesa business in the Central region
- Managing and supporting M-Pesa partners such as wakalas, super agents and merchants
- Developing and executing regional commercial plans aligned with Vodacom M-Pesa strategy.
- Overseeing marketing campaigns for both ATL and BTL that boost M-Pesa market presence.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in a business or related
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in mobile money or on ground sales while 2 years in senior position.
- Strong understanding of mobile financial services and market dynamics.
