Duties and Responsibilities
Attending internal training courses and online learning as assigned.
Supporting internal grading processes and collaborating closely with the Internal Grading Manager on quality matters.
Assisting in pre blending, classification and buying inspections in order to ensure the highest quality standards.
Contributing to processing activities and helping in maintaining blend consistency and cost efficiency.
Participating in assigned projects across various functions.
Promoting workplace safety by identifying risks and supporting control measures.
Qualification
University degree in Agriculture
Good in Computer softwares such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Fluent in English and Swahili languages both written and spoken
Good communication skills
Experience working in tobacco industry is added advantage
