Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is currently hiring for Electrical Technician to join their working environment in Mbeya, Tanzania. Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is the part pf Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) leading food and beverage manufacturer in Africa.
As selected Electrical Technician at Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd will be responsible for supporting daily operations by ensuring all works are running smoothly and efficiently. As selected candidate you will work closely with shift team in resolving technical issues so that to improve on production
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing technical support during production shifts
- Coaching and mentoring operators on machine operation
- Ensuring machines are runing at optimal performance
- Participating in maintenance activities including running repairs.
- Working closely with the Maintenance Planner to schedule and prioritize work.
- Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and technical meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related. Bachelor’s degree is advantage
- Qualified electrician with at least 1 year of working experience
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
