The organization is currently hiring for logistics specialists to join their working environment in Iringa, Tanzania.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating transportation of goods from suppliers to field teams.
Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory management.
Solving logistics challenges such as delivery delays and inventory discrepancies.
Working closely with procurement, customer service and other teams for smooth operations.
Monitoring logistics performance and suggesting improvements through reports and dashboards.
Qualification
2+ years of working experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management.
Familiarity with logistics software such as TMS and WMS including reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
Certificate in logistics and supply chain sucha as CCLS and CLTD) is added advantage.
Understanding of customs regulations, tariffs and trade compliance.
