Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating safe and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Designing and implementing fun lesson plans that encourage children to study
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development through structured activities and free play.
- Using basic technology tools to enhance learning
- Building strong relationships with parents and keeping them informed about their children progress.
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and supportive learning community.
Qualification
- Diploma, certificate or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education
- At least one year of wirking experience teaching preschool or kindergarten.
- Good communication skills
- Good classroom management skills
- Able to use simple technology tools such as email, MS Word and attendance apps
